Shipping Information and Rates
All merchandise is stocked in our warehouse which allows us complete control in making sure that your order is correct, complete and shipped out in a very efficient manner. All in stock orders usually ship within 24 hours as noted on each items availability which is updated every 24 hours. In the event an item is on a backorder, we will notify you along with an approximate ship date; if you wish to cancel the backorder, we simply ask that you notify us so that we can cancel the backorder before it ships to you.

Can I Purchase a Replacement Phone From You?
We currently do not sell phones through mail order/ internet orders. We recommend renewing your contract to purchase a new phone.

Do You Ship Overseas?
Currently we only ship within the 48 states, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, PO Boxes as well as Canada.

Undeliverable/ Refused Shipments
All items that are shipped and returned because they are undeliverable to the address you provided or were refused by the recipient will be refunded upon receipt minus the shipping charges.

Warranty
Most products come with a minimum of a one year warranty, some products having a warranty period as long as five years. Please see the product description for that products warranty. Any items that are damaged due to abuse, neglect or the customer trying to repair the product on there own will be void of any expressed warranty.
